Firstly in a bowl add gram flour, baking powder, food colour and water as required and mixed it well. Make sure the batter should be in flowing constancy.

Heat the oil in kadhai and pour the 3 to 4 tablespoon of the batter at a time over a large round perfoarted spoon so that boondi drops into the oil.Deep fry the buniya over a medium flame and remove using a slotted spoon and keep a side.

Now heat a pan and add all ingredients of sugar syrup. Mix it well. We don't need a one thread syrup. We just mix it and cook it for 5 min.

When the sugar syrup done add fried buniya into it and mix it well switch off the flame and cover it for 5 min. Now the buniya is ready. Garnish it with some almond and served with poori.
