1. Heat oil and then put oil in a pan and fry garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Now add chicken and fry for 3 to 4 minutes in a high flame.
3. Now add salt, crushed red chilli, white pepper, oregano leaves, tomato paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Take off the pan from stove and add ketchup and Mushrooms into it. Add Onion, Red, green, yellow capsicum and mix well.
5. Now cook for 2 minutes and add boil macaroni into it.
6. Mix well and sprinkle some cheese over it and serve hot.
