Ingredients

  1. 125grm, chicken mince
  2. 2,brinjal
  3. Salt, as taste
  4. Black pepper, as taste
  5. 2,eggs (for cotting)
  6. Bread crumbs, for cotting
  7. 1/2,chicken cube (5grm)
  8. 1/2tesp, soy sauce
  9. 1,egg yolk
  10. 1tesp, ginger (chopped)
  11. Oil, for fry

Cooking Instructions

    First, add egg yolk, salt, black pepper, chicken cube and ginger in to the chicken mince and mix it well.

    Now add soy sauce and mix. Then replace in piping bag.

    Now cutt brinjal in 1/2 inch round pieces. Shown as in picture.

    Then fill the brinjal with chicken mixture. Shown as in picture.

    Now Duble coat with egg and bread crumbs.

  6. 6

    Heat up the oil and fry on medium heat until done.

  7. 7

    Shao chiza is ready to serve.
