  9. 1 tspGaram masala
  10. 1/2 tspHaldi (Turmeric)powder
  11. as neededOil
  12. 1/2 tspJeera/cumin seeds
  13. 2 tspChopped dhainya(Coriander leaves)

Cooking Instructions

    Pehle baingan ko bhun le gas p or phir uska chilka uthar ke ek plate m daal ke ache se usko kaat de.

    Ab ek kadhai m oil saal ke garam karein or phir jeera dale, jeera thra bhunne ke baad chopped onions and green chillies daal ke bhune jab tak golden ja hojai phir ginger garlic paste daal ke 1 minute ke liye saute karein. Ab chopped tomatoes, sare masale or namak, or thora pani daal ke ache se milai or masala pakne de. Jab masala pakne lage to vo tel chrdne lgta hai.

    Ab baingan masale m daal ke ache se milai or sare gaate mass krte hue khtam krde. Ab 5-7 mintues pakne de.

    Phir gas band kar ke chopped dhainya daal ke milai or aapka baingan ka bharta tyaar hai.
