Heat oil, add 2 onions slice. Fry till golden brown.

Add turai, tomatoes, one onion slice, salt and chilli powder. Cover and cook on medium flam.. Stir occasionally.

Cook till water dries and oil separated. Serve with chapati or rice.

We r using three onions, 2 in frying and 1 raw. (kachi pyaz).
