Heat Dashi Stock (OR Water and Dashi Powder) in a saucepan or a pot, and bring to the boil.
*Note: Use about 2 teaspoons Dashi Powder for 4 cups Water OR according to the instruction on the package. - 2
Season with Miso. Then add Tofu and Spinach, and remove the soup from the heat when it just starts to boil.

Sprinkle with finely chopped Spring Onions and serve.
