Ingredients

  • Tofu
  • Lemon grass
  • leafFresh lime
  • Galangal
  • Thai chilli
  • Thai basil
  • Lime
  • Banana leaf (or anything to wrap and steam the tofu)

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain the tofu. Wash and finely chop the herbs

    Chop the banana leaf to size. Add a cube if tofu and the chopped herbs and wrap. Secure with a bamboo cocktail stick.

  3. 3

    Steam for 10 minutes until the tofu is soft and infused with the spices.
