Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your yam,cut into pieces and keep aside

    Stir fry your grated onion and pepper,add enough water that can boil the yam add seasoning spices curry and allow to boil

  3. 3

    Transfer the peeled yam into the water and leave it untill the yam is very soft
