Add maida baking powder and baking soda with a pinch of salt to a bowl mix well then add powder sugar and mix again.

Then add oil wet ingredients one by one add mix without lumps. Line a baking tray with butter or oil and pour the batter into it.

Baked at 180 degree for half hour in a preheated oven.
