Take 200 gms soya chunks in a container and soaked the chunks in hot water for half an hour. After it strain the water and grind it in the grinder. Meantime boil the potatoes and mash it.

Now mix the mashed potatoes and all the spices mentioned above with ground soya. And make a tikiya.

Make a batter of corn starch. Now dip the tikiya into the batter then coat it with scrambled ready.

Now fry it on medium flame
