Firatly clean the spinach leaves and coriander. Wash them thoroughly in 4-5 bowls of water

Now clean and chop the garlic, ginger and green chillies

Take A mixer grinding jar, put gingr garlic chillies spinach leaves and coriander leaves. Add some water close the lid and hrind well into A smooth paste / chutney

Transfer it into A bowl / air tight container. Add salt and lemon juice five minutes before serving. It can be stored for 7days in the fridge and use with any chaat or fritters.
