Sprouts vada
Steps

Wash the sprouts then drain the water nicely and grind it coarsely in a mixer grinder. Then transfer it in a bowl.

To the same jar add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves and cumin seeds amd it grind to a coarse paste.

Now add the ground masala to the coarsely ground sprouts and mix nicely then add cumin seeds, red chilli, coriander, turmeric, salt, hing and mix well.

With wet hands scoop out a small portion of the mixture and flatten between palms and make round and flat tikki.

Heat oil and drop the vadas one by one to fry over in medium heat changing sides until it is golden brown from all sides.

Transfer it to on an absorbent paper. Serve it with tomato ketchup or green mint chutney.
