Ingredients

  • 2kachalu
  • 1lemon
  • 2 tspGinger jullians
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 1/2 tspLal mirch
  • 2 tbspPomegranate

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil kachalu

  2. 2

    6 whistle on high flame then cook on slow flame for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    On cooling peel the kachalu

  4. 4

    Now cut into small and thin slices

  5. 5

    Now in a bowl mix kachalu,salt, lal mirch,, chat masala, ginger, green chilli and lemon juice

  6. 6

    Now add pomegranate
