Iced Ginger drink

I normally make ginger using just the ginger roots and lemon + lime. At times I add either cucumber or pineapple.
One thing I realised in making this is that it is best to use boiling water when sieving the grated or blended ginger. To me it gives the drink a better appearance and it enhances the flavor.
I wasn't really a fan of ginger before but now I really love it.
I hope you'll like this.
