Steps

Wash and peel the carrots.

Grate carrots.

Heat a pan and add on milk.

Add grated carrots and mix well

Cook on medium flame

Add sugar and chopped dry fruits.

Mix well.

Add cardamom powder add milk powder & mix well.

Continuously stir till starts to get dry.

Add ghee & mix well.
