Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpork chop sliced into cubes
  2. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  3. 3of garlic, chrushed
  4. 1large onion chopped
  5. 4 tablespoonscooking oil
  6. 2large carrots chopped
  7. 1 cupchopped celery stalk
  8. 1 cantomato cherry
  9. 1 canwhite beans
  10. 2large potato sliced into cubes
  11. 3 cupchicken stock
  12. to tasteSalt and ground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In large bowl,mix pork cubes with flour and seasoned salt until pork is coated. In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and saute the garlic and add pork; cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.

    Add remaining ingredients to pork in skillet. Heat to boiling.

    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork is tender.

    Serve pork stew with bread or any dish you like, thinly sliced parsley and sprinkle on the top of stew.
