In a pan fry the chopped onion n little oil till golden brown

Blend the 1 fresh tomato together with the tomato paste,add salt n pepper blend till smooth n thick,,add in the onions n give a quick stir,add 1/4 cup of water n bring to boil

Add the green peas(minji),stir,, close with rid n let it boil,

In this step add the minced garlic n stir,add amount(your preferably amount to cook till its ready)bring it to boil n add your maggi stock(Royco cubes), turn the heat to medium n let it cook till its read..Note the soup needs to be a bit thick n enough to serve with rice,

Fry the vermicelli(small like superghetti)with a pinch of oil n butter till golden brown,add your rice n stir(the rice to have the butter taste)add 1 1/2 glass of boiled water,,add salt n turn the heat to medium

Once the rice starts boiling turn the heat to low n cover till its ready(use a fork not mwiko)till its tender,ready to serve
