Steps

Pour flour, sugar, butter, egg, salt, flavor and baking powder in a medium bowl and mix properly.

Add the cup of milk and water bit by bit and continue mixing until dough is formed.

Roll out dough on a flat surface and cut with a knife into desired shapes.

Prevent it from gumming together by Mix the cut chinchin with some dry flour.

Pour some vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chinchin until it's golden brown then remove it from the oil.
