Ingredients

  1. 4 cupswater
  2. 4 tbspKorean chilli paste
  3. 3 tbspbrown sugar
  4. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. 250 gtteeobboki
  7. 2 sheetsKorean fish cake
  8. 2spring onions
  9. 2 sheetschinese cabbage
  10. Halfbrown onion
  11. Some spam
  12. Some Enoki mushrooms
  13. Shin raymun noodles
  14. (optional)
  15. Some cheese
  16. Msg
  17. Potato starch

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice cakes in water for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Mix water, chilli paste,soy sauce, sugar, mince garlic, boil

  3. 3

    Prepare brown onions, fish cakes, cabbage, mushrooms, spring onions, spam.

  4. 4

    Cook brown onions in another pan until brown.

  5. 5

    Once boil, add rice cake, cook for 10 minutes until soft.

  6. 6

    Add noodles, cook for 1 minutes

  7. 7

    Mix in remainder ingredients, cook for 3-4 minutes

  8. 8

    (optional) if still runny, mix 2 tbsp of potato/corn starch with water and mix in broth

  9. 9

    Add msg for ultimate flavour

  10. 10

    Add cheese and cover for 1 minute

  11. 11

    Serve hot with some sesame seeds
