Firstly dry roast the vermicelli for 2-3 minutes on medium to high flame

Then dishout the vermicelli and add 2 teaspoon oil in same pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves

Then add groundnuts (10-15), fry it for 30 seconds then add, onion and cook it till it become soft.

Now add tomato, beans, green beans and add salt, red chilli powder according to taste.and cover it for 2 minutes.

Now add roasted vermicelli in veggies and stir for 1 minute, and add water.water level should be just above the vermicelli.

Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes add little bit chat masala and lemon juice and switch of the flame.give it 2-3 minutes for settle down.and serve hot.
