Ingredients

  1. 1 kgCauliflower
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 2chopped onions
  4. 4chopped tomatoes
  5. 1 tspgrated ginger
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/4 tspcoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut both veggies in small pieces.Wash them.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in karahi & add chopped onions. cook till brown & add chopped tomatoes &ingredients.

  3. 3

    Cook till it becomes paste,add both veggies &cook on low till it is properly cooked.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
