  • 8large corn cobs
  • 10medium potatoes
  • 2large carrots
  • I large aubergine
  • 1large capsicum
  • 1medium onion
  • 1 tbstomato paste
  • Soya oil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    The githeri is preboiled so cut and chop onion then fry in a heavy pot.

    Wash and peel potatoes, aubergine then add together to the onions.

    Wash and peel carrots and capsicum add in the pot.

    Add the seasoning and githeri, stir and switch off the heat.
