In a sufuria Boil Minji for about 10mins under low heat and sieve the excess water

In a sufuria add oil then onions and fry till golden brown

Add potatoes and continue frying them for about three minutes under low heat

Add carrots fry for about a minute

Add tomatoes, garlic, ginger, black pepper and salt mix well for about a minute

Add Minji let it cook for about as you mix as it cooks for about 2 minutes

Add a glass of water then royco cube, mix well and let it boil under high heat at about 5minutes
- 8
It's ready to serve!
