Strawberry Panna Cota
A very simple yet delecious Italian desert.
Steps

First take the strawberries cut it. In a khadi add the strawberries and sugar cook it till all the strawberries are cooked. Keep half of it aside as crush(in thick liquid form) and the rest cook more till it comes in the consistency of a jelly.

In a pan add the heavy cream. Keep stiring it add sugar and vanilla essence. Let it boil for 5 min till the sugar is dissolved. Now put off the flame

Pre soak the gelatin in water. Now add the gelatin and strawberry crush mix it well. Please note that if you want to de mould the Panna Cota then the use of gelatin should be more.

Now put it in the small bowl and let it set in the fridge atleast for a day. Enjoy it with strawberry jelly.

Please note that the quantity of sugar can vary depending on the sweetness of the starberry. And the use of gelatin would be more if you want to de mould the same from the container.
