Pakwaan puri is so beautiful in looks as it is i gave it colors to represent the theme.. Plus mawaish kheer, just yummm!
Steps

Mix flour, ghee, oil, salt and soda bicarbonate very well

Bind it with cold water into soft dough, keep aside

Make four balls of the dough

In each ball put different colour leaving one ball plain

Make two balls of each dough then roll into thin puris
- 6
On each puri brush ghee and sprinkle cornflour
- 7
Now pile them up, put two red colour puris followed by one white puri then two green puris, then one white puri again, lastly two yellow puris

Roll the pile into large roti

Apply ghee and sprinkle cornflour on the roti

Fold it like a swissroll and cut thin slices

Roll each slice into small thin puri, keep on a tray

When all done shallow fry on medium flame till crisped up (as the puri comes up, press with skillet to make the other side puff up and layers open)
