Aloo paratha

Firstly knead wheat dough well by taking wheat flour, salt and water

Further, in a large mixing bowl take boiled and mashed potatoes

Now add all above ingredients of stuffing in mashed potatoes and mix well making sure all the ingredients are combined well

Now make equal sized balls from the dough, flatten it on your palm make a depression and stuff 2 tbsp of aloo stuffing, now close it from all sides making a ball and roll slightly thick with dusting some wheat flour

Cook the paratha to golden brown adding oil
- 6
Finally serve hot aloo paratha with pickle or raita
