Gulab jamun
Steps

Add sugar and water in a pan bring to boil for making sugar syrup.

Than add cardamom seeds and saffron threads and let it boil till it become sticky.

Add grated khoya,maida and milk in a bowl,than knead a soft dought for making bolls.

Divide the dough in parts and make smooth boll without any crack on it.

Now heat ghee in a deep fry pan on medium flame.

Fry the bolls till golden brown on low flame.

Now drain and let them cool.

Than immerse the gulab jamuns in syrup for 45 mins.

Now the gulab jamuns are ready to eat.
