Chana Bhatura

Wash chana and chana dal and soak overnight.

In the morning take a cooker and put soaked chana, amla powder and salt and pressure cook it for 20 minutes on sim after first whistle on high flame.

Grind ginger, garlic and tomatoes in a mixer. Take a pan, add oil and sauté dry ingredients now add ground masala in it, fry till it leaves oil. Now add chana masala sauté it mix it in boiled chana & cook for 5 minutes.

For bhatura dough, mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough using lukewarm water and rest if for at least 2 hrs.

Make balls of dough and roll it and fry in oil.

Serve bhatura with chana and onion green chilli and mango pickle.
