Ingredients

  • ForBesan masala mix-
  • 1 tbsproasted besan
  • 1 tbspdhaniya jeera powder
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • Otheringredients-
  • 1 tspjeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1 pinchAsofatida
  • 3raw tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 tbsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and dice the tomatoes.

    Now prepare the besan mix. Mix all the ingredients and keep aside.

    In a pan,add oil, jeera. Let it crackle.

    Add asofatida, tomatoes. Cover and cook till it softens and colour changes

    Now add the besan mix.

    Stir, cover and cook for a min.
