Ingredients

  • 1brinjal
  • 5tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbspcooking oil

Steps

    Firstly roast the brinjal

    After that Peel it and mash it

  3. 3

    Now take a fry pan add oil

  4. 4

    Add cumin seeds

  5. 5

    Add tomato and saute it

  6. 6

    Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Add mashed brinjal and cook it
