Ingredients

  1. 4Medium Sized Potatoes Chopped
  2. 2Big Tomatoes Chopped
  3. 1Medium Sized Capsicum Chopped
  4. 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  5. 1 Onion
  6. Pav Bhaji Masala
  7. 1 Slab Amul Butter
  8. Hing, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Salt
  9. Ginger Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice
  10. Water
  11. Pav

Cooking Instructions

    In a rice cooker, take 2 tbsp. butter and heat it for a minute. Now, slow down the gas and add 1 tsp. hing and wait for 10 seconds. Now stir the hing well to make sure it doesn't stick to the pressure cooker and get burnt.

    Now, add all the chopped vegetables, add 1 tsp. turmeric, 1 tsp. black pepper powder, salt as per taste and mix well.. turn the flame to high and then let vegetables get well roasted in the butter for 10 minutes, while you keep stirring it now and then in between.

    After the vegetables get roasted, make a small place in between the vegetables in such a way that you can see the base of the cooker. On the base, add 1 tbsp. butter, then add 1/4 tsp. ginger garlic paste, 2 1/2 tbsp. Pav Bhaji masala and chilli powder on the butter and mix well for 10 seconds. Now mix everything together and let it get roasted for another 2 minutes. Now put 2 small cups of water, mix well, close the lid of the cooker and cook until 3 whistles.

    After you open the cooker, mash everything with a masher, taste the bhaji, and add more salt if required.. the bhaji is ready

    Now roast your pav in ghee.. serve bhaji topped with chopped onion and roasted pav..
