Take corn flour add water and make a thin watery batter..

Now take sugar add water and allow the sugar to melt completely. Add the corn flour batter. Crush the cardamom powder. Add the cardamom powder to the batter on the gas.

Add ghee 1 tbsp at a time. Mix well. Now add the food color, watermelon seeds and almonds. Keep stirring it continuously and cook on slow flame. Mix till it leaves the pan.

Grease a tin or a plate. Remove it and sprinkle the pistachio over it. Allow it to cool. Now cut in 🔲 pieces.
