Steps

Mix spring onion, chilli powder and sesame to make the toping.

Cut tofu into 4 equal dices and keep in refrigerator.

Slice cherry tomato in to 4 equal slice

Combine soy with vinegar, add sugar, chopped chillies and onion. Mix well and leave this mixture for 15 minutes.

Strain the soy sauce.

Now pour a small teaspoon soy mixture in a ceramic spoon or in a dip bowl, put the diced tofu and arrange the avocado and tomato slices over it.

Top with spring onion and chilli and sesame mixture.

Can be eaten as a salad.
