Assemble all your ingredients

In a bowl,combine your minced beef with an egg(for binding),salt,and black pepper.(be careful not to overmix to avoid a tough beef patty)

Shape the minced beef into a patty and set aside.

To make the mayonnaise free coleslaw;grate your carrot into your shredded green cabbage.

Add 1 tablespoon oil, pinch of black pepper,honey and mix.Set aside

Butter your buns and lightly toast on a non stick pan.

Shallow fry your burger patties for 10 minutes on each side.

Lightly fry your sliced onions until brown and set aside.

Assemble all your toppings(tomatoes,fried onions,coleslaw,and yogurt sauce(combine natural yoghurt with juice of 1 lemon,a pinch of salt,black pepper and Dania)

Arrange the toppings to your preference, serve and enjoy❤️
