Chop the ingredients. Meanwhile, boil a pot of salted water to cook the pasta.

Fry the chicken until it’s roughly half cooked, then take the chicken out.

Fry the onion with a knob of butter for a few minutes. Mix garlic, bell pepper and the chicken back in.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin. Stir well.

Add milk and pasta to the pot. Bring it to simmer until the sauce is condensed. Melt grated cheese with the sauce.

Sprinkle some parsley then it’s ready.
