One weekend afternoon at home, I had all this ingredients and I had not baked for a while, so me being me, I decided to play with ingredients... And walaaaaah got me a great recipe that I keep going back for every time I want some apple cinnamon cake. Hope you enjoy😊😘

2 teaspoonsbaking powder
1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
3/4 cupcaster sugar
1red apple, peeled and cubely chopped
2eggs
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1/2 cupfull fat milk
2 teaspoonscinnamon

Sieve and Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl

Add all wet ingredients in a different bowl

Thoroughly mix the wet ingredients

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix with a spoon.

Use the small loaf baking tin, add raisins or chocolate chips if you like. Bake for 35 minutes 180 degrees
