Ingredients

  • 1 cupbroken wheat
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1 tspCardmon powder
  • 1 handfuldryfruits
  • 2 cupwater
  • 3 cupmilk
  • 1 tsppure ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan.heat ghee. Put broken wheat.

  2. 2

    Roasted till light brown.

  3. 3

    Add water. To cook Broken wheat.

  4. 4

    Add milk mix well. Cook. Medium flame.

  5. 5

    Add sugar and Cardmon powder and dryfruits. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Mixture thick. Ready to serve.
