Suering masak ini..kesukaan keluargaku,gampang&cepat..apalagi sdh komplit menunya, ada sayuran + lauk,praktisss 2 in 1, walopun cuma ceker ayam.. Kalo diberi tmbhn topping bawang putih/merah gorng malah lebih endull lho moms... Musim hujan yg banyak panas&gerah gini ya enaknya maemnya ya yang berkuah beginian..utk imunitas tubuh ya bun..

  • Bumbu uleg/halus ;
  • 10bwg merah
  • 5 bhbaput
  • 1 sdtmerica butiran
  • 1/2 sdtgaram
  • 1/2 sdtgula
  • Bahan utama
  • 1/4ceker ayam, cuci bersih
  • 2 bhoyong/gambas,potong kecil
  • Topping :
  • 2 batangdaun prei
  • 2 batangsledri
  • 5 sdmbaput/bamer goreng

Steps

  1. 1

    Siapkan bahan2. Uleg bwg pth,bwg mrh,merica,garam.

    Didihkan air kira² 2 liter,lalu rebus ceker sampai empuk. Buang busa yg muncul pada air rebusan biar ga amis. Bila ceker sdh lunak,masukkan gambas/oyong. Tutup pancinya

    Tumis sebentar bumbu halus. Lalu masukkan kedalam kuah sop tadi, aduk rata

    Tes rasa.. Boleh ditmbah kaldu bubuk bila suka. Siap dhidangkan dgn bwg goreng+taburi dgn irisan daun pre+sledri..happy cooking for your beloved family..
