1cup,pea
1cup,capsicum(julain)
1cup,carrots(julain)
1cup,cabbage
Salt, as taste
1/2tesp, soy sauce
1/2cup, oil
2,eggs (add salt and cook)

First, heat up the oil. Then add boiled pea to it and cook for 30 seconds.

Now add carrots and cook for 30 seconds.

Then add cabbage and cook for 10 to 15 seconds.

Now add capsicum and cook for 20 seconds.

Then add salt and soy sauce to it and cook for 10 seconds.

Now add eggs and mix.

Then add boiled rice and mix gently.

Chinese fried rice ready to serve.
