Crush ginger and elaichi.

Take a pan,add water allow to heat,add tea leaves,sugar

Add crushed ginger elaichi,boil it for one minute in low flame.

Add milk, boil it for 2 minutes on low flame.Stir with the serving spoon like this.Turn off the flame.Strain the tea into the clay pot.Hot special tea is ready.Enjoy every sip !!
