Ingredients

  • 12-15palak leaves
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 tbsprice flour
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspajwain

Steps

    Take all ingredients in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup water. Mix it well. Wash and dry the palak leaves nicely.

    Now dip each leaf in the batter and deep fry it. Fry till golden and crispy. Serve hot with sauce and tea.
