Boil the sliced potatoes for 10 -15 minutes

Beat the eggs and mix with 5 table spoons of flour

Remove the potatoes and wait for them to cool then arrange them in a tray

Pour the mixture of the eggs and flour...Season the potatoes before shallow frying them

Fry them until they obtain a soft browm colour then serve with coffe or yoghurt (COLD)
