Steps

    Lightly toast the bread. Meanwhile boil asparagus for 4-5 mins. No more please, soggy asparagus is horrible! Drain and add to toast

    Heat oil in a pan and fry egg until done to your liking. Add on top, season and enjoy with a cuppa

oh i have just ate a lamb shank ooooh i forgot its good friday. nevermind its all that virus fault being stuck in everyday is a weekend day. that means its easter sunday next. oh im in a little world of my own 😁😂
