Chocolate fudge

Cut the butter paper and place in the tin

Divide white chocolate, condensed milk and butter in 2 bowls (ie. 150gm 150gm chocolate in 2bowls and add 125gm each condensed milk and 1/2 tbspn each of butter) always chop chocolates while making fudge whether you are using double boiling method or microwave

Using double boiling method melt 1 bowl ingredient at a time

Add mango colour, essence and tutti frutti mix well and spread in tin

Another batch of melted chocolate add paan essence and green colour mix well spread in tin decorate with dry rose petal dab it then refrigerate for 4hrs demould it and cut into desired shape..

8days is the shelf life of this fudge.. njoy..
