  • 150 gmgond
  • 150 gmbadam
  • 150 gmdesiccated coconut
  • 150 gmpistachio
  • 50 gmwhite sesame seed
  • 150 gmpeannut
  • 1 tbspcardamon powder

One and half ho
  1. 1

    First atta baghair oil ke golden brown bhoon lein koshish karein ke jale na or kacha na rahe.

    Cococnut hamesha sabit le kar kadukash karein. Ab all dry fruits ko saf kar lein crushed kar lein or halka halka roast kar lein.

    Gurr ko saaf kar ke bareek grind kar lein.or gond ko saaf kar us ko ghee mein fry kar lein or side kar dein.

    Ab jis bartan mein gond fry kia usi
    bache hue garam ghee mein gurr add karein meduim flame pe gur ko pakaen jub achi tarah desolve ho jae to is mein att ddd kar achi tarh mix karein.

    Sath hi us mein tamama dry fruit jo ke roasted kar ke rakhe the add kar dein gond jo fry kia tha wo bhi add kar dein sath hi fresh milk add karein or low flame pe khoob mix kar lein or thal mein jama dein. Apni pasand ke shapes mein after half hour cut kar lein delicious gond pak tayyar ha,
