Beat 3 eggs and filter with a sieve

Mix 3 table spoons of dashi mixture to the egg mixture in a measuring flask. Top up the mixture with water to a total of 330 ml. Remove any bubbles and foam.

Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate with soya sauce.

Sliced the mushroom

Add the chicken, mushroom and egg mixture into a cup
- 6
Seal the cup with a plastic film and steam the egg for 10 mins
