Soak rice and dal for 3-4hrs and then rinse off the water properly from it.

Take a mixer jar and put rice,dal,ginger and green chillies to it and make it a thin paste.*(the batter should not be too thin)

Add green chillies, corrainder leaves and all the spices to it.

Mix it well and let it rest for 5minutes.

Now heat the tawa and grease oil to it.

Place a batter on the tawa and spread over it.

U can add oil on the sides of the dosa.

After 1minute u will see it starts leaving the sides.

Flip it over the other side for 10 seconds.

Serve it crisp and hot with the chutneys.
