Beat the heavy cream till fluffy.Add white chocolate compound and mix well.Divide in three parts.1:2:4 ratio.Take coffee powder.

Add water and mix the coffee.Now add white chocolate cream.Mix well.

Fill the half shot glass with whip cream.Melt the dark chocolate and make a thick ganche.

Fill the ganache in the next layer in glass.Now add coffee mousse in the top of glass.Garnish with coffee beans and chocolate.
