Steps

Mix the dry ingredients well.

Add in the margarine and rub it in the flour.

Using coconut milk, make a medium soft dough(not very soft)

Cover with a cling film to let it rise. Keep for 2 hours to 3 hrs.

When risen, knead again to remove air.

Now make balls and roll out, should be medium thickness. Cut into 4 sides from each rolled out dough

Heat oil, when oil is ready, test that by first putting in a little dough to see if it springs up, it means the oil is ready.

Fry mandazis, on both sides,Until brownish color. At this stage, fry them on medium heat.

Have them with barazi or just tea or u can have with some pikle and tea. Enjoy
