Firstly take potatoes and onions peel and cut into long slices then wash it properly twice.

Heat the wok with cooking oil add fenugreek seeds cumin crinkle once add potatoes saute turns nice golden colour on medium flame.

Add onion stir it 3or 5 minutes add given all spices, to taste salt mix it well cover and cook till it becomes tender.

Now it is ready you can enjoy with poori, chapati, plain rice & dal.
